THE PAINT BAR MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

By purchasing access to The Paint Bar Membership, you agree to the following terms:

Membership Access

Your membership provides access to The Paint Bar's online library of tutorials, projects, videos, templates, and educational content for personal use only.

Personal Use Only

Membership content, including videos, templates, project instructions, downloads, and artwork, may not be shared, reproduced, distributed, taught, sold, or used for commercial purposes without written permission from The Paint Bar.

Account Sharing

Membership access is intended for a single household. Sharing login credentials outside of your household is prohibited.

Membership Billing

Monthly memberships are billed automatically every month until canceled. You may cancel at any time. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time within a billing cycle.

Summer Pass

The Summer Pass is a one-time purchase and is non-refundable. Access will remain active for the period stated at the time of purchase.

Digital Products

Due to the digital nature of the membership and downloadable content, all sales are final and no refunds will be provided.

Content Updates

The Paint Bar may add, remove, update, or reorganize content within the membership at any time. New content may be added periodically, and certain seasonal content may be retired or rotated throughout the year.

Copyright

All content remains the intellectual property of The Paint Bar and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or resold.

Disclaimer

The Paint Bar provides educational and entertainment content. Results may vary based on individual skill level, materials used, and participation.
